About Lock and Key Events

The fun, interactive dating event for singles.

Lock and Key Events has been bringing people together since 2001. We know how to run a great party with usually between 40 and 70 singles, and we make sure there is an even amount of men and women.

We take happy-hour and mix in the ULTIMATE icebreaker. Check in and get your first lock or key — men get keys, women get locks. Then try to find its match. Every key matches at least 2-3 locks, so you could find a match in minutes! Just approach a member of the opposite sex and ask if you can see if your hardware fits. It’s that easy!

Once you find a match, exchange your hardware and start all over. The more matches you make, the more entries into the end of the night raffle!

Think of it as your typical after-work happy hour or get together… but better! It’s fun, there’s no pressure and unlike many singles events, you can talk to whomever you like for as long as you like.
